Red Hand Marketing wasn't started to win agency awards. It was started because one operator, Aaron Wilson, needed a marketing department for a portfolio of ten-plus businesses he owns: software products, publishers, a bookkeeping firm, a consulting shop. Rather than hire ten agencies, he built one system that does websites, SEO, content, and reviews for all of them, with every dollar measured because it's his own money being spent.

The operating rules

• Measure everything. Every channel reports leads or sales. If it can't be measured, we don't sell it.
• Cut what doesn't pay. A tactic that stops producing gets cut, and the report says so in plain English.
• Prove it on ourselves first. Nothing goes in the service list until it has worked on our own ventures.

The mark on this site isn't a font or a stock glyph. It's Aaron's hand, in crimson acrylic on cardstock, pressed nine times and scanned. Print seven is the one that held up: even pressure, fingers still connected to the palm, no smear. The other eight are here because they're the reason seven won. Light presses, broken fingers, a thumb that never touched down.

Nothing below has been cleaned up. The dust and the paint splatter are on the paper. That's the same standard we run your marketing on: do the work enough times to get one that holds up, then show what didn't.
