Small business website redesign that pays for itself

An old, slow website costs you customers every day. Visitors decide fast: if the site is slow to load, looks broken on a phone, or hides your phone number, they hit back and call the next result. You paid to get them there and the site sent them away.

We rebuild small business websites so they load fast, read clearly, and point every visitor at one action: contacting you. If the bones are good, we do a lower-cost refresh instead of a full rebuild. The audit tells you which one you actually need.

What's included

What we measure and report

Site speed and form fills

We report Core Web Vitals (the speed numbers Google grades you on) and conversions: how many visitors called or filled the form, before and after. Not pageviews.

What it costs

A website build is $3,500 for up to 10 pages, and $400 a page past ten. Care keeps it fast and patched afterward for $150 a month. If we're taking over a site we didn't build, the one-time Site Takeover is $250 and runs before Care starts.

A build needs Care or a retainer attached. We don't leave orphan sites. The Site Takeover isn't a setup fee: it's paid work only inherited sites need, and it credits in full toward a Website Build within six months.

Every price we charge, on one page

This site, and the sites for every venture in our portfolio, are built exactly this way. Same stack, same checklist, our own money. See the portfolio

Questions owners actually ask

How much does a redesign cost?

It depends on what the audit finds, so we quote fixed-price after it. A refresh of a structurally sound site costs a fraction of a rebuild. Either way you get one number up front, not an hourly meter.

How long does it take?

We ship a refresh in one to two weeks, and a full rebuild in two to four depending on page count. You see the site on a staging link before anything goes live.

Will I lose my Google rankings when the site changes?

Not if the migration is done right. We map every old URL to its new home with redirects, resubmit the sitemap, and watch Search Console after launch. A faster site helps rather than hurts, and if anything moves the wrong way we see it and fix it.

Do I own the website afterward?

Yes. The domain, the code, and the analytics accounts are all in your name from day one. If you leave, everything goes with you.

Can you just fix my current site instead?

Often, yes. If the structure is sound we do a refresh: speed fixes, copy rewrite, mobile cleanup, conversion path. The audit tells you honestly which one you need.

What do you need from me to start?

About an hour: a kickoff call to learn the business, access to your domain registrar and current hosting, and any photos or materials worth keeping. If you have none of that handy, we help you track it down. After kickoff, your only job is reviewing the staging link.
